About

Aloha

Thanks for visiting. My name is Mike and I was born and raised in the San Francisco, Bay Area. My interest for computer art began with the Apple 2+ in early 1980's. I started my career in digital art in the late 90's, working as an 8-bit pixel artist, animating animals for educational games. Since then, I have worked as a 3d artist, 3d animator, technical artist, prototyper, and independent game developer. Most of my career has been in the video game industry where I've shipped commercial products on major console systems such as the original PlayStation, PlayStation 2, Playstation3, Playstation4, Xbox, Wii and PlayStation portable.

I am passionate about real-time 3d, art and animation, history, mindfulness, music, reading, supporting my community, diversity and inclusion.

I currently live in Millbrae, California with my beautiful wife and 3 kids.
